The challenge I want to address is my weight.
The challenge I want to address is my weight. The limiting belief I need to address in this challenge is that I don't have enough time or money to take care of myself while also homeschooling my children, being active in my church, tending to my housework, and working from home.
The new empowering belief I would like to have at the end of this challenge is that I MUST take care of myself by eating well and working out regularly, so that I can feel better, lose weight, and have the energy to keep up with all my other daily responsibilities.
I have 60 pounds total that I would like to lose. My goal is to lose 40 of those pounds in the next 90 days.
I grew up eating whatever I wanted and never gaining an ounce. The bad eating habits stuck with me through college and into early adulthood. Then, after getting married, I gained 50 lbs. with my first pregnancy at the age of 24. I lost all but the last 15 lbs. before getting pregnant with my second child, and gained all that I had lost right back. I was the exact same weight at the births of both children. Over the last 5 years, my weight has yo-yoed up and down, but never ever getting any closer than 15 lbs. away from my pre-baby weight. I am currently 7 lbs. heavier than I was at the births of both of my children. I feel uncomfortable in my own skin. This is not what my body looked like most of my life, and I want to take control of my eating habits and work out regularly so I can be the healthiest version of myself possible!
